FOOD
Culinary School refined the application of my inherent love for food and cooking whole, innovative, nutrient-dense dishes.
Having developed several cooking class formats, Ayurveda workshops featuring food and even pop-up Supper Club fundraisers, I have been fortunate to be able to combine my education in and fascination with all of the above in this vibrant and growing wellness community. I have a long-standing relationship with Sayer Ji, founder of GreenMedInfo and have contributed recipes and cooking demos for the www.regeneratemasterclass.com project. A first cookbook MEAL ON A PAGE was published in October 2021. Since then I have published several mini e-book cookbooks with the inforgraphic format. MEAL ON A PAGE 2 is coming out in November 2024!.

AYURVEDA
I am a certified Ayurveda Yoga Specialist with training as an Ayurvedic Health Counsellor from the Himalayan Institute (recognized by NAMA: National Ayurvedic Medicine Association). Interwoven in my practice, my teaching and my approach to food is an understanding of the need to customize these attributes of our lives to fit each individual constitution. This is the underlying premise of Ayurveda.
YOGA
I have been teaching since 2011. I hold Yoga Alliance recognized certifications of 500 hour ERYT (experienced registered yoga teacher) and YACEP (yoga alliance continuing education provider) as well as over 600 hours of further training including extensive study with Paul Grilley in yin yoga and philosophy and fascia science with Thomas Myers. With the latter and the LABORATORIES OF ANATOMICAL ENLIGHTENMENT I have attended live dissection workshops. Tania Teaches is an accredited Yoga Alliance RYS200 (registered yoga school delivering 200 hour certifying teacher trainings programs). The TRUST YOUR GIFT Advanced 300 hour yoga teacher training program was co-founded by myself and www.amylucky.com. Find out more here:

PILATES
I hold a certificate in Mat Pilates and Pilates Equipment methods and have been teaching since 2015.
My teaching of Yoga and Pilates reflects a deep knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics with a functional approach (ie. do the pose/excercise the best way for your body) which informs my methodology when I deliver teacher trainings as well.
